AI tools for generating and editing images, videos and 3D models. Results may contain errors and require review, particularly before professional use. A generated model does not replace technical plans, structural checks or a qualified professional. Accuracy and exclusivity are not guaranteed.
Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Base monthly prices are Basic €19.99, Pro €49.99 and Ultra €99.99, plus applicable taxes. The offer also shows reference totals including Spanish VAT at 21%; Stripe displays the tax applicable to the destination before payment. The credit cost is shown before each generation. Included and additional credits apply to the monthly period displayed in the dashboard and do not roll over. Failed generations should not consume credits; contact support if you see a charge without a result.
Manage your subscription in the billing portal from your dashboard. Cancelling renewal stops future charges; access to the paid period continues until its end, unless required otherwise by law or unlawful use. If the portal is unavailable, request cancellation at info@flapstudioai.com and retain your request. Billing incidents and refunds are reviewed individually without limiting statutory rights.
Consumers purchasing remotely have a 14-calendar-day withdrawal right from conclusion of the contract, unless a legal exception applies and all its requirements are met. Use the withdrawal function at /rights, review your details and confirm your statement; you will receive a receipt. You may also send an unequivocal notice to info@flapstudioai.com identifying your account and purchase. Using AI does not automatically waive this right. Any legally applicable proportionate charge for a service begun at your express request will be assessed under applicable law. Statutory conformity and refund rights remain applicable; refunding credits does not replace them.
You retain your rights in uploaded materials and authorize their processing as needed to perform your requests. You must have permission to upload plans, images and other content, including personal data and third-party materials. Outputs may be used subject to law and applicable rights; we do not guarantee copyright protection, exclusivity or absence of third-party rights for every output. Flap Studio AI does not claim ownership of your materials.
Unlawful use, unauthorized access, fraud and infringement of third-party rights are prohibited. Service limitations do not exclude liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or mandatory consumer rights. Contact info@flapstudioai.com for assistance.
Material changes to prices or terms will be communicated before affecting future renewals, with an opportunity to cancel. They do not apply retroactively to an existing purchase. Spanish law applies without excluding mandatory consumer protections or competent courts. Consumers are not required to submit exclusively to the courts of Alicante.
